Beef Processing
We are pleased to offer our beef processing facility to other cattle farmers. From slaughter to aging to skilled meat-cutting, we handle your beef with as much care as we do our own!
Processing is available for $1.40 per pound of hanging weight (heart, liver, and oxtail can be processed for an additional cost), plus a $200 fee per animal for harvest, aging, and disposal. Carcasses are aged for 14-21 days and cut to your (or your customers’) specifications.
We are also now a state inspected facility and can have your cattle processed with state inspection upon request, allowing you more flexibility in how you sell your beef.
